With beans found in the Sidama Zone, our Ethiopian Roast is one of our lightest roasts with a full-bodied flavor profile. Grown at an extreme altitude of 1700-1900 meters high, our beans come from small holder farmers in the Sidama zone of Ethiopia. Sorted by hand and dried on raised beds, this coffee is natural in every sense.
