The Symphonia Nicaragua Roast coffee offers an enticing aroma and delicious tasting profile that includes cocoa, floral and citrus tones. A uniquely processed coffee bean, the Nicaragua Signature Roast coffee beans are fully washed, then fermented for 12-14 hours then dried on patios and raised beds. Similar to beans grown in Peru and Colombian, the clay mineral soil is what gives these beans their distinct and powerful flavor.
